My passion for research began towards the end of my degree, and it has remained a cornerstone of my approach ever since. Here are some highlights of my academic and professional achievements:

Fom rusty old dumbbells to professional expertise

My training journey began at the age of 10, with some old and rusty orbit fitness dumbbells and barbells. By 14, I was crafting my own training programmes and witnessing their benefits. I started training clients at 19.

By 25, I realised that understanding movement wasn’t enough. This led me to become a dietitian, where I have spent seven years researching and applying advanced clinical nutrition principles with my clients.

Passion at the heart of my work

People often ask why I chose this path. The answer is simple: I love it. I thrive on building strong working relationships and being a part of people’s health, performance, and life journeys. Meaningful relationships are the foundation of an individual’s life, and having the opportunity to create them daily is incredibly valuable to me.
